The MC2-SH Data Dual is based on our MC2-SH shredding machine and is specially equipped for data carrier destruction according to DIN66399 H4 and H5. With other perforated screens we can also ensure compatibility with other standards and requirements.
The cutters are very powerful. By the use of many high performance knives the machine offers a throughput capacity of the upper class. The safety flaps offer maximum protection for the operator and a high level of process safety. The cutting unit is divided into 2 zones, which allows shredding after 2 different safety levels with only one machine.
The dual use option is particularly interesting for service providers, who can offer their customers cost-efficient destruction according to DIN 66399-H4 or high-security destruction according to DIN 66399-H5 with just one machine.
In order to achieve even higher throughput rates or maximum process reliability, we can equip the machine for only one safety level. Other standard combinations such as H5/E4 are also possible.
For maximum compatibility with customer-specific collection containers, the base frame is available in various heights. The throughput capacity depends on the drive power and the data media to be destroyed.
On request, we can offer you additional options such as video surveillance of the cutting unit, automatic lubrication devices, lock systems to prevent unauthorised access, extraction systems, additional sound insulation, ...
